Who is responsible
This website, jenniferrahhal.com, is run by Jennifer Rahhal. For any question about this policy or your information, contact info@jenniferrahhal.com.
Information you send through the contact form
When you send an inquiry, the form collects:
- your name and email address (required);
- your company name and the service you are interested in (optional, where shown);
- the project details you write;
- the page the form was sent from and the date and time.
This information is used to read and respond to your inquiry and to discuss a possible project with you. It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising.
How inquiries are stored and delivered
- Stored on the website: each inquiry is saved in the website’s database, where only the site administrator can view it.
- Email notification: a copy of your inquiry is sent by email to Jennifer Rahhal’s inbox, so it is also processed by the email services involved in sending and receiving that message. Your email address is used so a reply can be sent to you.
Temporary technical data and spam protection
- To limit repeated submissions, the website keeps a one-way (hashed) form of your IP address for up to one hour after you send an inquiry.
- If the form shows an error, the values you entered are held for up to 15 minutes so they can be shown again for correction.
- The form also uses a hidden field and a timing check to filter out automated spam; these do not identify you.
- The form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile, provided by Cloudflare, to check that inquiries are sent by a person and not an automated program. To do this, Cloudflare processes technical information about your browser and device, such as your IP address, when the form is shown and sent. It is used only for this security check, not for advertising. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy information.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses one essential cookie, jr_consent, to remember your cookie choices for six months.
With your consent, it also uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand which pages are visited and how the website is used. Google Analytics only loads after you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_[ID], which expire after up to two years. Google Analytics 4 does not store visitors’ IP addresses. You can read more in Google’s Privacy Policy and in how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
This website does not currently use any marketing or advertising tools. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Fonts and images are served from this website itself, not from third-party services. Cookies are also used for the site administrator when logged in to manage the website.
Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by a hosting provider whose servers process requests to the site. Like most web servers, they may record technical information such as IP addresses, browser type, and the pages requested, for security and operation of the service.
Links to other websites
This website links to social profiles (such as LinkedIn) and other external websites. Those sites are not controlled by this website and have their own privacy policies; no information is shared with them unless you follow a link.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you sent through the contact form by emailing info@jenniferrahhal.com.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the website changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
