I built this application as a personal project to bring my financial information into one place and make it easier to review and manage. It is a private tool created around my own needs.

Clients and websites
Client records with contacts, communication history and the websites each client owns.
Recurring services and renewals
Hosting, domain and maintenance agreements with dated prices, renewal planning and client approval tracking.
Quotations and projects
Versioned quotations with milestones that convert into projects, with agreed, invoiced, received and remaining amounts kept separate.
Invoices and payments
Numbered invoices with PDFs, partial payments, credit notes and payments allocated across invoices, plus email and WhatsApp reminders prepared as drafts.
Expenses, suppliers and freelancers
Supplier costs recorded separately from the payments made, and freelancer fees tracked with their milestones and payments.
Reports and security
Monthly cash-flow reports with CSV exports, two-factor sign-in, an audit log and encrypted backups.
